Refund Policy

MotiveWave Software offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features so that you have time to review and test out the software in its entirety before you purchase. Therefore, all sales are final and no refunds are available after purchase.

If, within 1 year of purchase, you wish to upgrade your lifetime license to a higher Edition, please contact sales@motivewave.com with your request to upgrade and your contact information. A representative will contact you to go through the upgrade process. The amount of your current purchase, minus any discounts and taxes, will be put towards your upgraded license.

After the 14-day full access free trial, if you do not purchase an Edition, your license key will be disabled.

If you feel you have an extenuating circumstance that requires a refund, you may contact sales@motivewave.com with your reasons for requesting a refund and we will review it. Refund exceptions are determined at the sole discretion of MotiveWave Software. If a refund is given, a 5% admin fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation Policy

Monthly Lease:

If you purchased the MotiveWave Monthly lease option, you signed up for an auto-renewing subscription through PayPal. An auto-renewing subscription means that you are authorizing PayPal to make monthly payments to MotiveWave until your subscription is cancelled. If you decide to end your MotiveWave subscription, it is your responsibility to cancel the monthly subscription in PayPal.

Make sure you cancel your subscription before the next Monthly lease automatic payment goes through as NO refunds are permitted for any time remaining on your subscription. Once your subscription is cancelled, your license key will expire at the end of the given subscription period.

90-Day Lease:

If you purchased the MotiveWave 90-Day lease option, you signed up for an auto-renewing subscription. An auto-renewing subscription means that you are authorizing MotiveWave to automatically process payments every 90 days to the same credit or debit card you used for your initial 90 day lease purchase until you cancel your subscription. If you decide to end your MotiveWave subscription, it is your responsibility to cancel the 90-Day subscription by sending an email to sales@motivewave.com with your MotiveWave profile email address, notifying us of your cancellation request a minimum of 7 days prior to your renewal date. You will receive a confirmation that your auto-renewing subscription has been cancelled.

Once your subscription is cancelled, your license key will expire at the end of the given subscription period.

6 Month Lease:

If you are currently on a MotiveWave 6 Month lease, your license key will expire at the end of your lease period. To renew your license key, simply return to the purchase pages and choose the purchase or lease option that you want.

Return Policy

All of MotiveWave’s products and services are either downloaded or online. Nothing is shipped therefore, there are no returns.
